Fabrication

In 2025, RMC moved into our new 11,500 sf fabrication facility. This new shop provides RMC with expanded prefabrication capabilities to support our piping projects as well as outsource pipe fabrication and general structural fabrication for our customers. Some of the features of our new facility include:

• Approximately 8,000 sf of fabrication area
• Approximately 2 acres of laydown area
• 10Ton OH crane
• (4) work area jib cranes
• Watts automated plasma pipe cutting / beveling machine (3”-30” capacity)
• 18” Industrial bandsaw
• 60 Ton Iron Worker
• Victaulic roll grooving machine (2”-12” capacity)
• Rigid Pipe Threader (1/2”-4” capacity)
• Multiple welding machines capable of SMAW, GTAW and GMAW processes
• Miscellaneous plasma and oxy/acetylene cutting equipment
